Two Wolves Swimwear offer returns for store credits only on all full priced items purchased on our website, provided that:
- Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.
- Unworn items must have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached.
- Unworn items must be returned in original packaging.
- The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.
- The item is in original condition, unworn, unwashed or used in any way.
- Store credits are for the value of the item purchased only (ie minus original shipping costs).
- All shipping costs (returned and new shipping) are covered by the customer.
An evaluation of the item will be conducted prior to issuing a store credit. Approved store credits will be issued within 2 - 4 business days upon receiving the item/s. Your store credit can be used to purchase a different size or style online. Once a store credit has been issued, it will be valid for 1 month.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

com with your name, order number and item(s) to authorise the return.
- Once authorised, we will email you information to include on your return parcel.
- We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Our Customer Care Team inspect and quality control all items prior to shipping. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at email@example.com
within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your name, order number, the item(s) you are returning, along with an image and description of the fault .
Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and cannot be replaced.
